The Benefits of a Plant-Based Diet towards a Fit and Healthy Lifestyle

As mentioned at the beginning, a plant-based diet has been the subject of many a debate over the year, and will likely continue to be so. Yes, plant-based diets are somewhat restrictive and yes you have to resort to supplementation if you want to build additional muscle. However, that does not discount the fact that a plant-based diet has considerable advantages over a mixed/meat and dairy-heavy diet.
